Apt-get error on Dapper

Hi All, 
I'm having the following problem on my daper machine, making sure
everything is synced and working ok. Any advice to rectify
appreciated :-) I can't get new kernel's installed, or VMWARE properly
installed until the apt-get errors are gone so it's a bit of a pain at
the moment.
