:)  Thanks Daniel.  I do what I can - that's what open source /community/ is 
all about.  Like the OP, I don't have the skills to make significant 
contributions to complicated software packages (I've written a number of 
patches and minor feature tweaks...but that's all), but I have a lot of 
experience administering various Unix and Linux systems.  I enjoy helping 
people along the path to enlightenment.
