New update manager!!

When I upgraded from Hoary to Breezy, I'm sure I didn't do 
anything much. I don't recall just what I did, but I do know it 
was easy and I didn't have to edit any files.

I remember (possibly wrongly) the computer (probably the Update 
Manager) saying the equivalent of "hey, do you want to update 
your Ubuntu system?" and I said the equivalent of "yes" and it 
all just happened. At some point I may have had to reboot the 
computer, but that was it.

So I'm kinda wondering if this is really new for upgrading to 
Dapper, or if it's already there for upgrading to Breezy. Since I 
didn't yelp to you for help when I upgraded to Breezy, something 
easy must have been in place.

Whatever the case, it's definitely good news for clueless users 
like me!
