The paperwork that came with my Dell Inspiron 510m lists:

Intel 855GME chipset

I don't see anything specific about video, other than:
Integrated Intel Extreme Graphics 2

BTW, the laptop display is given as 15" SXGA+ TFT, 1400x1050 res.
