distributions: UBUNTU vs DEBIAN

Ubuntu has its own repositories, and does not access Debian repositories
by default.

Doing so is a bad idea, as Debian and Ubuntu packages are not necessarily
binary compatible.

The source code of course is compatible, but that would require compiling,
which in general is unnecessary since virtually everything avallable for
Debian is also accessible from the Ubuntu repositories.
