Did you read that thread?

That thread does not say a single word about if this is a binary that is 
both a valid PE and valied ELF, or how that could be possible (magic 
numbers) or whether it requires WINE. Nor does the link on that thread 
have any of this information. I included that same link in my original 
post, so obviously I already knew about it.
