Arabic Support in Ubuntu

The short answer is YES. I've seen it mentioned as I've struggled with 
my own system and getting Hebrew support activated. Later I'll work on 
the Arabic. I'm really a newbie, but I'd be happy to share my own 
limited experiences in the world of Ubuntu R2L!
