System> Preferences> Sound allows you to uncheck the sound server
startup selection.
XMMS should use the ALSA plugin in its audio i/o plugins preferences.
snd-seq should be loaded manually.

It has been hidden; invoke gstreamer-properties from the command line.

Please read /usr/share/i18n/SUPPORTED and pass the first field of
whichever locales you want generated to sudo locale-gen. An alternate
method is to use System> Administration> Language Support.
