Nautilus - bug or feature...

I am not sure whether I should submit a bug report on this or not. Last
night I tried, using Nautilus to copy some files from a 10 Gig partition
to a 25 gig partition. I selected all the files and hit copy. I than
tried to paste them to the 25 gig partition. I received a "Not enough
space message"

Then I tried from a terminal session cp -v * <25 Gig Partition>

It worked fine. 

So, is this a bug with Nautilus?
