Yes. There shouldn't be any problem at all. In fact, ubuntu should be
automatically configured to be able to access them. The fat32 drives
will likely show up on the Gnome (assuming that's what you're using)
desktop, and if not there, then in the "Places" menu.
You may want to try out the LiveCD first to see for yourself.
