Could not create new address book in evolution 2.6.1 in dapper.

Hello, list,

Recently, i have upgraded my dapper to the latest version. I am very happy
the evolution has been upgraded to 2.6.1, a new version. And everything is
okay except i could not create new address book in the new version
evolution. Both Local and Remote LDAP.

Does anyone meet the same problem with me?
