Dapper clock and locales

Last week, I started a thread regarding the fact that when 
Europe/London time was selected, the "12 Hour" setting for the 
desktop clock was not there in Dapper Flight5. Adam suggested I filed 
a bug report. This I did, thinking that, as it was not a 
"life-threatening" bug, it would be well down the list to be 
squashed.

It has been sorted in the latest Dapper downloads. 

That is an excellent response, and I would like to express my thanks 
to whoever fixed it so quickly.
