Font Rendering

Today I booted into ubuntu like I do everyday and I saw that my theme was
gone and replaced with somthing else and my font was all blurry and very
hard to read. It's like this in the gnome menus, clock gaim, firefox...

How do i fix this?

EDIT: I made another user account and the same thing happens on my 2nd user
account!
