Point taken, sorry. Well, this is an individual user.

But even if I could ssh, I wouldn't use that to upgrade from Breezy to 
Dapper. There are just too many things that can go wrong. Upgrading 
Ubuntu is not difficult, but it does require you to be physically at the 
computer.
