Double mails where I'm To: or CC:

Hi all,

This point was mentioned as an aside by a few people in several other 
threads, without answer.

A few days back I started getting two mails on replies to the list  
where I'm a To: or CC:

This is a recent change and didn't happen before Friday. I see the 
list runs Mailman 2.1.5 - Mailman has a feature where it won't send 
list posts in this case, perhaps this feature was disabled?
