Dapper Flight upgrade

 I was under the impression that putting the Dapper CD into the drive
while running Breezy would pop up an "Upgrade?" window. But I haven't
ever done that myself. 

Alternatively, open the Software Properties or Synaptic, add the CD as a
repository, then reload the package list and upgrade ("smart upgrade" in
Synaptic)
