You can't, except with gates and doors. Or just put it up high. Or get a
playpen and put the computer in it.

It is best to protect such things by putting them where the child can't
get to them. And it's OK to teach the child that some things are NOT to
be touched - they learn fast.

If you just want to make that one switch less sensitive, you could tape
stiff plastic over it, so that depressing the switch takes more strength
than the child has.

Or make the switch always-on and unplug it to switch off :-)
