It don't matter if they are using the same questions again and again or not.
There still are examinations which have a much bigger number of questions and
which change their questions more frequently than LPI does. But you will find
a lot of braindump sites which offer the latest questions and answers. It
lasts not longer than some hours to see new questions appearing on this
sites.
If the demand for a test becomes big enough there are a lot of such sites
offering the latest questions and answers. As we say in germnany Demand
determines supply (Nachfrage bestimmt das Angebot).
Due to the fact that Ubuntu's market is growing rapidly there will be a big
chance that we will see for (not only Ubuntu)-LPI exams what we have seen for
other exams in the past.
