ibm x31 suspends when power source changes

Hello All,

After upgrading to Dapper and setting /etc/default/laptop-mode
ENABLE_LAPTOP_MODE="no"

i am experiencing the problem when i unplug or plug-in the power supply the
computer will suspend to ram.
It comes out of suspend with no problems , but this is a very annoying
problem

any ideas?
