Have a look at the package ubuntu-example-content from Dapper.
There is a leaflet-flyer as pdf file.
You will find it at 
~/Examples/ubuntu-leaflet.pdf
on every dapper installation.
And as attachment in the pm I'll send you :-))

If you can reeach a copy shop who has a pdf aware colour copier or a color 
laser printer nothing will stand against that your event will be a success.
