Dapper clock and locales

Thanks for the reply and help.
My Dapper Flight5 Date and Time screen is different from yours.
Mine just has a 'Set Time' at the top of the screen. Underneath is a
large calendar, and at the bottom is a 'Synchronise with Internet
Servers' selector. There is no Time and Date tab or anywhere to set
the Time format.
I have installed all the upgrades which I thought may have cured the
problem, but they didn't. I can't download Flight6 as I am on a
capped broadband and haven't got all that much data transfer left for
this (broadband) month. So I don't know what the situation is with
Flight6.
I'm used to working in the 24 hour system, but I do like my panel
clock to show 12 hour!
