Disable Options in the logout dialog?

I can't help with solving the problem but I made a report in malone
about it:

It was marked as a duplicate of this:

It seems there is no way to do it now, but I see Sebastien Bacher wants
to put in a gconf key to get upstream dialog instead of the Ubuntu one.
That will at least remove the sleep/hibernate buttons.
