Getting decent version of ipodder (i.e., castpodder) in Dapper

Hello Developers.

I double checked this morning and the old "ipodder" is still in Dapper.

What can I do to encourage removing the version 2.1 of ipodder and replacing
it with the version 4.0 of castpodder?
