Mini commander applet in dapper

Hello,

Sorry to bother with another question again.

The gnome-applets package under dapper does not have
mini_commander_applet unlike in warty and breezy. Was it removed
upstream in gnome 2.14? Anybody else has noticed this? bugzilla does not
have any mention of this. Should it be filed as a bug?
