nv driver does not work even with cards it supposedly can work, for example
with chipset GeForce 6600 GT (in 2-card SLI configuration). After installing
fresh Flight 6 AMD64, X.Org is already configured to use nv but it can not
start. Some fragments from Xorg.0.log (they show that video memory 256 Mb on
each card has not been detected at all, etc.)

These same physical cards work OK in SLI mode and correct glx in another
distribution (Mandriva 2006 x86-64) when current nVidia drivers are
installed. How this should be done in Ubuntu Flight 6 AMD64?
