[Breezy] No languages in Evolution spellchecker

For some reason there is languages at all in my Evolution
spellchecker, and as such spell checker "works" but doesn't check the
spelling of anything".
Is there some secret to adding spellchecker capability? (I notice it
says it only lists languages for dictionary's you have installed)
