98.371% of Mac OS X users have never even opened their Terminal.app to
get a shell ;-)!

As for su and sudo: OS X(1) comes with both, however su errors out
since root is disabled by default.

(1) OS X 10.4 has both su and sudo, earlier versions too, I think

When you sudo in OS X you get the following warning:
"We trust you have received the usual lecture from the local System
Administrator. It usually boils down to these three things:

    #1) Respect the privacy of others.
    #2) Think before you type.
    #3) With great power comes great responsibility."
