Three Hoary Issues

:(  :)  :razz:  :D  :razz:  :???:  Ridiculous isn't it!  The whole linux
nightmare is caused from being an industrial installation at it's very
<roots>!  One, I might add that should have died a decade ago when
automated OS's like Windows and Mac came out.  



There's more old clank and clunk in these linux distros's than a Model
T Ford!  It's out of it's realm on the desktop because it simply is not
very simple to use and a real chore just to get that $2000+ system you
bought to run like it does on Windows.  



At least on Winblows, drivers are easy to install and games, music,
movies, etc. play with little time wasted on installing and configuring
them.  Oh well, once Vista comes out, I'll really appreciate the night
and day differences between the two systems.  I'll be playing games,
doing my taxes, shopping the net, while you're still struggling with a
system that belongs in a junkyard!   :cool:
