This is not an easy question; as written, to answer.
You should already have Postfix installed, which is a "mail server".
You will need to configure it to your needs. Google for Postfix and
read up on it. There are no "wizards" that I'm aware of.
There are many webmail front ends. I use Squirrelmail.
Use Synaptic and search for "webmail" and see what comes up.
If you are looking for a groupware solution with calendaring and all,
there are a few available. This will take some knowledge and setup
on your part. I use OpenGroupware.org a work. It's still beta and I
wouldn't recommend it for someone just starting out with Linux
administration. It involved installing and configuring: Postfix, Cyrus
IMAP, Postgresql (Database), and OpenGroupware.org.
You may want to check out the Hula Project. I've heard some good things
about it and it's a complete solution. I think it's still beta, but
works. However, I haven't used this. It is available in "universe".
Hope that gives you a place to start.
