automate installer choices

Possible....non-trivial.  You basically need to set up a DHCP,
TFTP, and web server from which the install will be performed.
It took me several weeks worth of fiddling and chatting with
devs to get it all working.  But, since I'm building around 100
machines a day, I needed to automate the process.  I wouldn't
bother unless you have a *need* to do it rather than just a *desire*.
