I'm assuming you're using Hoary.

Use SAMBA, install it using "sudo apt-get install samba", and after that
use the "Shared folders" from "System" --> "Administration" to set-up
some shard directories on your main system.

You _may_ need to set-up a SAMBA user/password pairs on the main system
for the other system user(s) to access the shared directories.
