Repositories down

Last I heard, at least the US and US mirrors were actually the same machines.  
Neither US nor UK repositories worked for me over http earlier.  FTP does 
seem to work fine though.

I'd suggest leaving it on FTP.  It seems to be more reliable than the http 
interface in general.
