Generally not needed. Linux is mostly (completly?) free of viruses and
stuff like that. Just keep your passwords close to your chest and
don't run any servers you don't need to (the default setup) and you
should be good.

If you're really paranoid, you can set Firefox's cookies settings to
save for "untill I close firefox", and do similar things with the
history etc. No need for an extra program though.
