That happened to me just last week... thought it was something I
did... I think I had ctrl-alt-bkspace reset X server at one point, did
you do that too?

Anyway, I had to right-click on the bar and delete, then right-click
on the one at the top and select ADD, and then set up your prefs for
it and put it where you want. That worked fine for me!
