You're right.  But if there's a button in kWiFiManager, it really should go
somewhere.  However, KDE doesn't have a sufficient UI, imo, for managing
wireless connections.  You can't actually _do_ anything with kWiFiManager,
you can only monitor the connection you've got.  You can do some other
stuff with knetworkconf, but it's weak.
