Resize XP partition for more Ubuntu space

Hi all, I have a 160 G hard drive that I split in two for XP and Ubuntu.
Well after some time, I am ready to get rid of almost all of windows.
Is there an easy way to resize my Windows partition without screwing up
windows and losing info?  I am still a noob, so make the dirs as simple
as possible please....  Here is  my df -h command output.
