Moodle postinst script.

Installing moodle, with apache2 and postresql. The postinst script of moodle 
fails, although it's not clear to me why. 

I realize this is pretty esoteric. I've never gotten this software 
configure, but on two machines, the same thing happened. 

Does anyone know what is going on?
