VFAT is case insensitive?!

Beats me - look through the last week or so of posts here, someone asked
this question (well, I _think_ it was this group).

However, I think it's a very bad idea.  vfat is NOT case-sensitive.  It's a
_warning_ for heaven's sake.  Things are probably likely to break.
