smart printing of LDIF files

Hi all,

I don't use evolution because it can't export my address book to 
anything standard, so, I use thunderbird.

I'd like to print my address book, but can't from tb, anyone know how I 
could do it?

I've exported the LDIF file, but opening it with openoffice it's full of 
markupI don't need to see.

Is three something I can import it into and print it from?
