wma to ogg conversion script

Just thought I'd toss this out there for others to use.  It requires
'mplayer' and 'oggenc'.  See the Ubuntu Wiki under "RestrictedFormats"
to locate a copy of 'mplayer'.  ;-)

I had been looking for a way to do this for quite some time.  I've got a
digital recorder that has a usb-storage interface; it makes .wma files,
and I wanted to convert them to other formats for applications like
speech to text...
