Reinstalling Windows on dual boot disk

Yes, simply choose 'rescue' at the Ubuntu CD boot prompt. Then choose
the right root partition when the list comes up, hit return, reinstall
the bootloader. (run update-grub or lilo).

That should be all there is to it.
