Where to report problems in bugzilla.ubuntu.com itself

Hi,

http://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/enter_bug.cgi has a link entitled "Ubuntu
Universe". This link points to
https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/distros/ubuntu/+bugs but it seems from the
security error that it should link to
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+bugs

There used to be a "Bugzilla" component to file bugs against the
bugzilla website itself, but there isn't now. Where is the correct place
to report this?
