dual boot problem

mount gives:-

>/dev/hda1 on /mnt/windows type ntfs (rw)
>and fdisk -l gives:-/dev/hda1   *           1       81266    40957686    7  HPFS/NTFS

Looks like you have only one windoz partition, where is your ubuntu 
partition?
