Ryan,

I actually have the same problem now with an HP Laserjet 3015 which is also 
on a small network in the office. In fact even when I am in admin mode it is 
still difficult to unpause it. When I restart the pc's nothing happens 
sometimes but i usually fix it by restarting the printer.
