Breezy Colony 4, Laptop screen is dim

Hello,

I recently installed Colony 4 onto my HP laptop.

It seems somewhere the brightness settings for the screen have swapped.

It is dim when plugged in and bright when unplugged.
How do I fix this?

I can't say how it got there.
Whether the settings changed or I accidently and unknowingly hit some
combo of keys which altered the screen settings.

I just want it bright again when plugged in.

Any help greatly appreciated.
