XMMS crashes

Charles,

Have you tried BMP ? Beep Media Player
I use it now instead of XMMS, but didn't have any crashes on XMMS before
BMP is forked from XMMS and looks exactly same as XMMS and Winamp and is 
ported version of XMMS to GTK2
