Opera 8.02 Error

Hi,

When I run opera I get the following error from time to time:

/usr/lib/opera/plugins/operamotifwrapper-1: error while loading shared 
libraries: libXm.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or 
directory

How can I fix this?
