xawtv error with pinnacle pctv pro

Hi.
I am re-posting a problem getting a bit old now.
I have modprobe'd my bttv with options card=39 tuner=33 pll=1 radio=0
ok so far.

But when I launch xawtv, I get :

moi at ubuntu:~$ xawtv
This is xawtv-3.94, running on Linux/i686 (2.6.10)

etc....

the "ioctl: VIDIOC etc." message appears when I try to change the channel.
I get no signal, just a black screen.
I tried with tvtime, but does not work either.

Anybody knows what is this "DGA" for ? Is it my problem?
