Language Bar (Applet?)

Hi all,

In Warthy I was able to switch between installed languages very easily and 
there was a language selection applet available however I cannot switch 
between languages in Hoary and there's not such an applet available. Could 
anyone explain how can I switch between applications in Hoary?
