If I do the same test over a 802.11g card (I'm about 2 meters aways from
the base unit) I get approx 20.4Mbits/sec, which is comparable to the
results your getting.  5.5MB should take you approx 14 seconds to
transfer.

Are you still getting slow results over NFS as in the original thread?
